In just a few weeks, it will finally be time for Milano-Cortina 2026.
The spotlight will be on the debut of ski mountaineering, which will make its debut in the top winter sports competition after its preview at the 2020 Youth Olympic Games in Lausanne.
At the Stelvio Ski Center, athletes from eighteen countries will compete for the most important medals of their careers and, at the same time, in the history of this sport in the sprint (February 19) and mixed relay (February 21) races.
In the virtual run-up to the event, Karpos presents “Road to Italy - the skimo journey.” In the three episodes of the web series, available on its YouTube channel, the Italian brand takes a behind-the-scenes look at ski mountaineering, from the protagonists who brought the discipline to the forefront to the most recent developments, including the distinction between long-distance races and the more recent shorter formats, which will set Bormio alight.
