Whistleblowing, or reporting of an alleged offense, is a corruption prevention system introduced by law 6 November 2012, n. 190 "Provisions for the prevention and repression of corruption and illegality in the Public Administration".
For private organizations with between 50 and 249 employees, the obligations are in force from 17 December 2023.
